HOW IT WORKS

1. Decide which rooms you would like to have staged. According to the National Association of REALTORS®, the most critical rooms to stage are the living room (91%), primary bedroom (83%), and kitchen (68%).  

2. Schedule an in-home consultation to discuss what pieces will stay or be removed, any renovation needs (painting, cleaning, etc.), timeline, and budget.
