Our founder and principal designer, Julee B. White, recognizes what makes a visual composition effective, balanced, and aesthetically pleasing. She was educated in interior design and has developed the instinctual ability to visualize, harmonize, and arrange elements within a space to create a specific mood, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. It involves understanding color, scale, proportion, and lighting, allowing one to instantly identify what works and how to improve a space's flow and visual interest.
We work with a wide range of unique design styles. We listen to how you plan to use your space and how you want your home to feel. Our experience ranges from furnishing a short-term rental to designing an elaborate estate at the top of Bel Air in California, and everything in between. Our expertise is rooted in creating spaces that feel layered, intentional, curated over time, and deeply personal, from tiny condos to palatial estates.
Respectful of budgetary parameters, we offer several levels of design work, each tailored to your specific needs. You may need help selecting paint colors and rearranging furniture, or having an entire home furnished and designed. Either way, we always start with an in-home consultation, which should last about two hours, depending on the scope of the project.
